Feiyu Alpha A1000 or A2000 Which Is Best for You

Feiyu have just released two new gimbals, the A1000 and the A2000 for compact, mirrorless and DSLR cameras, they look amazing, easy to use but how are they different and which is the right one for you? Let's take a look at their specs and you can decide.

Key Differences

A1000 A2000
Max Load 1kg 2kg
Suitable Cameras Mirrorless, Compact

Most DLSR cameras

Battery Capacity
Handles Dual handle kit purchased separately Comes in a single or dual handle kit
Roll Motor Angled for screen viewing Square, right behind the screen.

Both come with the same accessories in the box, which include

  1. USB charger
  2. Tabletop Tripod
  3. 2x Pairs of batteries (18650)

It really boils down on the camera you intend on using, if it is a compact or mirrorless and you don't intend on using a big telephoto lens. Go for the A1000, you won't need the dual handles unless you want to mount extra microphones, monitors etc. If you plan on using a bigger DSLR and will be using it as a rig, go for the A2000
